  • What is your refund policy?
    Cancellation Policy: 1) Option to transfer to another course date or credit voucher to use within 1 year* 2) Cancellations more than 31 days before course start date - full refund minus $200 administration fee 3) Cancellations between 15 to 30 days before course start date - 50% refund minus $200 administration fee 4) Cancellations between 0 to 14 days before course start date - no refund *AHC must be notified in writing of transfer no less than 14 days prior to the event & credits/transfers cannot be refunded at a later date. Bank Transfer Payment Payment via bank transfer must be made immediately upon registering. Funds must be cleared within two days of invoice date. Registration will automatically be removed if funds are not cleared within this timeframe. Sickness In case of sickness which the attendee is unable to attend the course, AHC Dental Ed is be happy to transfer the funds to another course within 12 months, however a doctors certificate must be provided.
  • Do you have a Covid refund policy?
    We understand that Covid has brought a lot of uncertainty so we've tried our best to accommodate our attendees. In the case where you are unable to attend due to a government enforced border restriction, we have the following options for you: Transfer to the next available course Credit voucher to use towards any courses valid for 12 months Full refund
  • Are your virtual courses recorded?
    All courses are held LIVE, there are no recordings. Please block out the time in your diary.
  • When does the Early Bird ticket end?
    We offer limited early bird tickets for some courses and they are available for purchase on a ‘first come, first served' basis. More tickets may be released in future courses. If you would like to make sure you do not miss out on our next Early Bird Ticket, please sign up to our mailing list.
  • I am registered for a course, when do you email instructions for the upcoming course?"
    All course details including what to bring, specific instructions on how to get to the venues and parking will be emailed on Monday, the week of the course. If you have not received this email by then, please check your spam or email us at info@ahcdentaled.com.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we are able to offer payment plans. For more information, please email us at info@ahcdentaled.com.
  • Are there any exams at the end of the course?
    No, all of our courses are designed to improve your skills and knowledge through bringing leading experts to you. You will receive CPD points for simply attending the course.
  • How do I register for a priority list?
    For our sold out courses, you can register for a priority list through the course on our website. You will be notified if a ticket becomes available and will be filled on a ‘first come first served basis’. Alternatively, email us at info@ahcdentaled.com with the course you are interested in registering for.
  • Can I attend the course while I am doing my dentistry degree?
    Yes, our courses are extremely beneficial for dental students.
  • When will I receive my CPD certificate?
    CPD certificates will be emailed within 2 weeks of attending a course.
