Essentials of Prosthodontics - Melbourne November 2022

One of the biggest restorative challenges for new graduates is being able to assess when a tooth is best served with an indirect restoration. 

This course covers the theory in assessing which teeth needs what restoration and when. 

Participants will then be able to perform various crown preparations on models under the guidance of Dr Chee Chang.

• When do I do a crown?
• Indications for the use of PFM, Zirconia, Emax
• Principles of crown prep design for molars, premolars and incisiors

Dr Chee Chang

Chee completed both his BDS and DClinDent in Prosthodontics in New Zealand in 1999 and 2009 respectively. He is involved with teaching of postgraduate students at Melbourne University, and has presented at conferences nationally and internationally on a variety of topics relate to prosthodontics. He has a long and keen interest in biomaterials, and has an emphasis on aesthetic treatments in his practice. Chee is a key opinion leader and product evaluator for a number of leading dental companies, and is also an invited reviewer for a number of international dental journals. Chee is a Past President of the Australian Prosthodontic Society at both the state and federal level.

2) Cancellations more than 31 days before course start date - full refund minus $200 administration fee

3) Cancellations between 15 to 30 days before course start date - 50% refund minus $200 administration fee

5) Cancellations between 0 to 14 days before course start date - no refund

*AHC must be notified in writing of transfer no less than 14 days prior to the event.

*Credits/transfer cannot be refunded at a later date.
